Job Details
Duties of a Home Carer:
- Respond to emergencies and provide guidance and support to carer staff
- Collect old Mar Charts and daily logs and create new mar chart for the beginning of every month
- Making sure there is the right paperwork in the client folders. Eg daily logs

- Alternate on call with other on call staff members
- Making sure client houses have got PPE.
- Ensure service is delivered in accordance with all relevant policies eg uniform policy
- Ensure ongoing safety of residents and staff.
- Act as a role model for good care, governance practice
- Ensure that clear and accurate records and communication systems are maintained
- Support the Manager with Rotas.
